Dr. Fouzia Shahin has over twenty-five years of experience in higher education administration and gender and development research. She is currently serving as the Director of Academic Planning and External Links at Government College University Lahore. Dr. Shahin holds a Ph.D. holder in Gender Studies and has conducted in-depth research on various critical topics, including women’s reproductive health, domestic violence, gender and higher education, gender and employment, women’s empowerment, and projects related to Gender, Poverty, and Women.
